With millions of dollars being spent on outfits for the Melbourne Cup is it time for us to re-think our choices. Bare arms and legs, big hats, and very high heels are all common choices for ladies to wear on the big day. However the weather is often windy, rainy and cold and the grass so damp you sink up to your ankles. Its not a nightclub and I think its time to embrace the sensible!
